3 of us now

I was in the high desert when the heat got up to 100 degrees. Trying to keep cool. My sister n law picked up a mister fan from Lowes. It works great, need to take the glasses off so I won't have to look through the water spots though.
I picked up the grandsons the 3rd and they have been a joy. They have gotten to ride a 4 wheeler, bikes, play pool, packman and air hocky. slept in different places every night while we were there. Went to a tiger preserve. It was a hot day and felt sorry for the tigers and other animals. They just hadn't put up the misters or sprinklers the last couple of days cuz the weather just started getting really hot . They also had other animals like lion, turtles, tortose, bobcats, horses, a deer, macaws, snakes. Its was really good to see them, hadn't expected a preserve in the middle of the high desert. Go figure.
This morning got the motorhome ready and hooked up the my like new Kar Kaddy and even a newely washed car. There wasn't any much traffic on our way to Hemet. Got there about an hour earlier than expected. My uncle helped me get backed in and hooked up. My aunt and uncle have a pool. So thats where we spent the next 3 hours. It was fun and I felt like goin in with the heat, but refrained for today. Maybe tomorrow. My uncle went to a meeting and we watched cartoon network till it was time to come out to the motorhome and watch more cartoons. Some of them are cute and some are really stupid.
Hope all is enjoying their summer if its not too hot. Some schools still have a few day left. Doin fine and hope all is doin the same. Well till my next blog. C

I will have to check the Mister fans out, never seen one.. Am glad you are having fun with your grandsons. We have Rachel, Erica & Aaron all summer!..Jenny pops in every day for a few & we only see Julie about once a week when her & Frankie come up from Happy Camp. We are talking all of them next month to Wild Life Safari, our yearly jant, I guess it is a Reserve as such. We finally have a truck to pull the fifth wheel, YA!!.. It is not summer here yet. This weather is so stupid here, suppose to rain today. I told Erica & Aaron that they came to our house to spend their winter vacation, not summer vacation, haha. So where are you now? I missed that somehow. Oh Yoly asked about you the other day when I talked to her. Well I love you & will close. Jessie

Hi Carrol!

Rearranging my email stuff and glad I found your website address again!

Rained again last night - 5 inches last weekend, now another 3/4" last night. We've got ponds where we haven't had any for a long time.

Levi broke his elbow the last week of May, so he's out of baseball for the season. Rats. Oh well, he's looking forward to football already.

Ike is working at Davisco - not going to college this fall, which is okay. Doesn't know what he wants to do and it's too expensive for him to figure it out as he goes along. Hopefully, he will get a grip on what/where he wants to go soon. The Coast Guard is still in the back of his mind, I think.

My cat had 5 kittens the other day. She moved them to Isaac's room and hid them under his bed. At least she didn't have them on Levi's bed like we thought would happen! We will keep one of them and send the rest to my brother's farm.

Guess I'd better see if I can accomplish something today before heading to another ballgame tonight - this time in Clark.

Take care - keep in touch! Love ya!
